A little help

Let’s make it simple.

Find your next step, understand a status or get comfortable with your wallet.

For advertisers

Your post, your budget, your creator network.

How do I start my first campaign?

Choose an Advertiser account, then select New campaign. Add the link to your post on X, choose a reward and budget, and review the details. You can prepare a draft before funding your wallet. Launching reserves the budget from your available balance.

How do I change my brand name?

Open the account menu at the top right, then Settings. Update Brand name and save. Creators will see this name on your campaigns and in the brand directory. Your personal display name is managed separately in Profile.

Who can join my campaigns?

Creators apply to your brand. Open Creators in your workspace to review their profiles and approve the people you want to work with. Approved creators who meet a campaign’s follower requirement can reserve an available task.

Where do I follow progress?

Open Campaigns and choose View campaign. You can see reserved tasks, verified delivery and spending. Reports contains the results captured for completed campaigns.

What happens to unused budget?

A campaign’s budget is reserved while it runs. Funds needed for tasks still being checked remain committed. Unused funds become available again as the campaign and its outstanding tasks are settled.

For creators

Find a brand you like, then choose work that suits your audience.

What should I do after joining?

Connect your X account and complete your creator profile. Open Brands and apply to the brands you want to support. When a brand approves you, Discover shows the campaigns you’re eligible to join.

What does joining a campaign involve?

Read the task, reward and time limit first. When you reserve a task, follow its instructions to repost the campaign’s post on X. If you repost manually, you have five minutes to do it. Keep the repost live through the four-hour verification period.

Why can’t I join a campaign?

You may need to connect X, wait for the brand to approve your application, or meet its minimum follower count. A campaign may also be full or closed. The campaign card explains the next step when one is available.

Where are my rewards?

My activity shows each task as it moves through verification and payment. Earnings shows your reward history. Open your account menu, then Wallet, to see assets that have reached your wallet. The campaign shows the reward amount and payment asset before you join.

Why is a task still being checked?

Supe verifies that the repost is live and checks it again after the hold period. Verification can take longer if X is temporarily unavailable. You can follow the status in My activity; do not remove the repost while it is being checked.

Wallet and payments

Your wallet is in the account menu at the top right, on every screen.

How do I add campaign funds?

In your advertiser account, open Wallet and choose Deposit. Review the funding fee and use the address shown there. Send only the supported asset on Solana. If token funding is available, its separate tab explains the quote and fee before you proceed.

What do available, reserved and pending mean?

Available funds can be used now. Reserved funds are committed to campaigns or tasks already in progress. Pending means a transfer or payment is still being processed or checked. A pending amount is not yet available to spend or withdraw.

How do withdrawals work?

Open Wallet, choose Withdraw, enter the destination Solana address and amount, then review the fee and what the recipient will receive. Check the address carefully before confirming. Transactions shows the outcome and any available transaction reference.

My transfer is pending. Should I send it again?

Check Transactions first. A transfer can be waiting for confirmation even if the page timed out. Keep its transaction reference and wait for its status to update. Do not submit another transfer to replace one that is still pending.

Where can I see a transaction receipt?

Choose Transactions from your account menu. Filter by date or type to find the movement. When a blockchain reference is available, its receipt link opens the transaction on Solscan. You can also export the records currently shown in your transaction history.

Get to the right workspace and make it feel like yours.

Should I choose Advertiser or Creator?

Choose Advertiser if you are promoting a brand or managing campaigns. Choose Creator if you want to take part in campaigns with your X audience. You confirm this choice after signing in. Each account currently has one role, so check your choice before continuing.

I already have an account. How do I get back?

Select Log in and use the same sign-in method and account you used before. Supe opens your existing workspace. If sign-in gets stuck, use the recovery option on the login page, or reload and try again.

Where are my profile and settings?

Open the account menu at the top right. Profile lets you update your display name. Settings contains your theme, connected-account options and information about notifications.

Does Supe work on my phone?

Yes. Open Supe in your phone’s browser. Your main workspace sections appear along the bottom of the screen, and your account and wallet stay at the top right. Mobile push notifications and a separate app are planned for later.

Is the rewards demo my live account?

No. The rewards demo uses sample campaigns, points and balances to show the proposed experience. Actions there do not create real campaigns, award points or move funds. Log in to see your actual account activity.

Still need a hand?

Include the page you were on and what happened. For a payment, include its transaction reference. Never send a password, login code or wallet recovery phrase.
