Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Supe ("Repost Network") at supe.io. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Supe is a closed, invite-only marketplace. Campaign creators fund campaigns that pay bounties to approved members ("KOLs") who amplify a designated X post. Supe verifies amplification via the X API and settles bounties on the Solana network in the Supe network token (the "Token", identified in the app), bought at market with the campaign's USDC bounty at the moment of settlement.

• You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.
• One account per person. Multi-accounting is prohibited.
• Membership is at our discretion. We may approve, refuse, suspend or remove any account at any time, including for suspected fraud or policy breaches.
• You are responsible for your sign-in email, connected X account and anything done through your account.

• Claiming a campaign reserves a slot. Manual reposts must be live within 5 minutes of claiming or the claim is voided and the slot released.
• A bounty becomes payable only if the repost is verified at claim and still live at the follow-up check (approximately 4 hours later). Removing the repost before that check voids the claim.
• Bounties are denominated in US dollars and settled in the Token: at settlement Supe buys the Token on the open market with the bounty amount and delivers the quantity received, net of market price movement and slippage, to your Supe wallet. The Token's value can rise or fall after delivery, and Supe gives no assurance about its value or liquidity.
• Your Supe wallet is a Solana wallet provisioned and operated for you by Supe through its wallet provider. You can withdraw the Token or USDC from it to any Solana address at any time; a flat network fee, shown in the app, is deducted from each withdrawal. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the destination address. Withdrawals are final.
• Engagement statistics may be collected after each campaign and used to score accounts and set eligibility for future campaigns.
• You are responsible for complying with X's terms and any disclosure obligations that apply to paid amplification in your jurisdiction.

• Campaign budgets are funded in advance in USDC. A network fee of 15% is deducted once, when funds are deposited; the credited remainder funds campaign bounties in full.
• Where the app offers it, you may fund in the Token instead. Token deposits are valued in US dollars at the market price when Supe detects them, credited at the reduced network fee shown in the app (currently 10%), and retained by Supe. Very small or very large Token deposits may be held for manual review before crediting.
• Unfilled slots are refundable when a campaign closes. Fees on settled bounties are not refundable.
• You are responsible for the content of the posts you promote and for its legality in the markets it reaches.

All settlement happens in cryptoassets on public networks. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. The Token is a volatile cryptoasset with limited liquidity: the amount you receive depends on the market at the moment of settlement, and its value may fall, including to zero. We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect wallet addresses, unsupported wallets or networks, exchange delistings, network congestion, market movements, or the acts of any wallet, routing or blockchain provider we rely on. Nothing on Supe is financial advice, and the Token is not offered as an investment.

• Bots, purchased followers, engagement pods or fake accounts.
• Multiple or coordinated accounts claiming the same campaign.
• Manipulating verification or engagement measurements.
• Promoting unlawful content or content you lack rights to.
• Interfering with the service or attempting unauthorised access.

Breaches may result in voided claims, withheld bounties, and account termination.

Supe depends on third-party services, including the X platform, the Solana network, our wallet provider and on-chain trading venues. We do not control them and are not liable for their availability, decisions or changes, including suspension of X accounts or API access.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amounts payable to you through the network in the 3 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access at any time. Bounties already payable under Section 4 will be settled unless withheld for breach of these terms.

We may update these terms; material changes will be flagged in the app and continued use means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
